As Reel Medicine Media's Project Assistant, Tate Lancaster assists with all aspects of outreach and organization, from fundraising and communications to media management. Tate brings to this role a background in media production, community organizing, and nonprofit arts administration. Guided by a strong belief in the power of creativity and community, she has most recently worked in voter protection at the Democratic Party of Georgia and educational programming at Berkeley Repertory Theatre. In all of her work, Tate dedicates herself to the practices of radical silliness and spontaneous joy. She graduated from Brown University in 2020 with a B.A. in Literary Arts, and her continued passions for unconventional artistry and storytelling have led her to this incredible team at Reel Medicine Media.
