As Project Coordinator, ​​Gloria Houston takes care to ensure that all team members, consultants, and partners have what they need to do their best work. Gloria came to Reel Medicine Media with a background in media production and a strong interest in death and dying stemming from her work as a companion caregiver to elders living with dementia. She oversees the organization’s daily workflow, relationship management, and content development. In addition to her work with Dr. Zitter, she is pursuing a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology at the Wright Institute in Berkeley, where she intends to specialize in the impacts of serious illness, physician burnout, and caregiving.
